By browsing, registering, or acquiring any listed Instagram account via InstaHub, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Marketplace Role & Scope

InstaHub operates strictly as an administrator-curated asset showcase and manual escrow verification portal. Only verified platform administrators can list accounts for sale. Regular users act solely as prospective buyers.

3. User Responsibility & Compliance

Users and purchasers are solely responsible for adhering to Instagram's official Community Guidelines and Terms of Use post-handover. InstaHub does not guarantee third-party platform algorithm performance or external policy changes.

4. Manual Payment & Verification

All payments are processed via manual UPI QR transfers. Orders remain in 'Pending Verification' until our administration team confirms receipt of funds matching the submitted UTR and screenshot.

5. Handover & Delivery Protocol

Following verification, our administrator coordinates handover instructions (such as registered email transfer or primary security keys). The buyer is required to immediately update recovery credentials upon receipt.
